This was a great service. I had just purchased a TV, the first time is 8 years, and had absolutely no idea how to set this thing up or where those wires went. I just wanted to watch my Desperate Housewives!! These guys came out and set everything up, even wore booties in my house! Since I am in an apartment, the installer even took the TV box with him so I didn't have to cut it up and stick it down the chute. Outstanding service and thanks for all you efforts and follow through!

What a savior |

This was great, I got to pick the date and time and then the installer showed up and got everything setup in 1 hour. The training was great since I can actually use the TV system that we bought.

It made me uncomfortable since I wasn't expecting him at 11am, he said he would be here at Noon. You should tell them not to come early, he did a good job though. I wish these remote controls were easier to use.
